Announcements
The Rwanda Development Board through its Tourism and Conservation Department is working on improving the quality of service delivery in the industry as part of its mandate to ensure client’s satisfaction in the hospitality industry. This is in line with the national Customer Care Campaign recently launched: “Na Yombi” which consists mainly of two sub programs; training programs and mass education campaign. In order to ensure the success of this initiative, RDB in conjunction with the private sector would like to certify the trainers in the sector who will be able to carry out the identified training program. It is in this regard that RDB calls on all qualified trainers in hospitality with a special focus on customer care, to bring their CV, a notified copy of degree and any other certificate proving that they are competent to train in the hospitality sector. An interview will be held on Friday 18th May with all those that will have registered with RDB. Please apply on the following address, not later than May 16, 2012 at 5pm Rwanda Development Board (RDB) Tourism and Conservation Department (1st floor) Boulevard de l’Umuganda Gishushu, Nyarutarama road P.O Box 6239 Kigali, Rwanda
Or apply by sending an email at frank.murangwa@rdb.rw
